I found so many issues with Nokia headset mic. This is how to make the Nokia mic work
1.Remove headset
2.Settings->general->enhancements->headphones->set as default
3.Connect headset
4.Go to Settings->general->enhancements - > headset -> set as default
Do it each time when you connect
